Hello People!

UnknownI want to call my posts on Thursdays “Think It Through” because these postings will consist of general info that I am using in my weight loss efforts. They are ideas that I like/love and want to share with you. These ideas may not work for everyone, but I’m not here to please all, just inform.

So, today’s Think It Through post is about subbing old habits for new. We all have bad habits or habits that are keeping us from reaching important goals.  Today’s concept helps you formulate how to incorporate new healthy habits for sabotaging ones.  Hope you enjoy:
